Bread and condiment tray which complements a family of service trays, including a shot-glass holder, designed by Albano as part of the restaurant accessory collection. The scale and layout of the ceramic dishes were developed as a play on the original Marmalade restaurant 3-form logo designed by Mia&Jem. Solid teak or ash timber tray with inset bread well and white ceramic dishes set into carved recesses.
